In such cases, you may have to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of the amount you paid when you made the booking. We understand your desire to cancel and receive a refund as a customer. However, we want to explain that certain circumstances can make it difficult for us to process the discount despite our commitment to fulfill our obligations.   • If you decide to cancel your reservation after 24 hours of making it, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for any discounts.
  • We only accept cancellations that are arranged via phone call.
  • We do not accept cancellations via mail.
  • There is a certain percentage of reservations that are non-refundable according to the airline's policy. This is dependent on the specific reservations you make with us.
  • We cannot provide any assurance regarding reimbursement in the event of plan cancellation. The refund procedures are determined by the respective airline, hotel, or vehicle rental company.
  • If you fail to show up. The term "no show" refers to a situation in which a passenger is not present at the time of boarding and does not provide any information about the carrier. Not showing up for a reservation often means the supplier won't offer any exceptions for refund processing.
